You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Your background includes 3 years of experience in Business Director or Client Director level communications planning within a media agency environment. You possess knowledge of the digital media landscape, including formats, buy types, and strategies across the sales funnel. Your experience working with major brands and in brand marketing sets you apart. You are a leader who can navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with sellers and shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google. You will create and feed into existing sector-specific business plans, aligning with senior leads to execute with operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include driving business through a curated list of customers and engaging directly with our biggest opportunities alongside specialist Sales Managers and Industry Managers.
