Overview

Uber is hiring a Customer Support Agent to provide world-class support to drivers and passengers. You'll assist with driver registrations and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires experience in customer service or retail.

You have experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality, which has equipped you with the skills to provide high-quality support to clients. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities enable you to address customer inquiries effectively. You are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders and can present information clearly to groups. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to help others succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face of Uber at Greenlight locations, providing in-person support to drivers. You will assist new drivers with the registration process and ensure they understand the value of driving with Uber. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, following established procedures or escalating when necessary. You will also engage with existing drivers to support their success on the platform and collaborate with management to improve support processes. Additionally, you will participate in local events and promotions, helping to foster community engagement.
