Overview

Intercom is seeking a Mid-Level Account Executive to drive growth in their SMB segment. You'll be responsible for evangelizing Intercom's AI Customer Service solutions to potential clients. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for customer experience.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the technology or SaaS industry — you understand the nuances of selling complex solutions and can effectively communicate value to potential clients. Desirable

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Intercom, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth within the SMB segment.
