Job Description

The Amazon Marketplace offers millions of Sellers the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.
In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Seller experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to Seller launches in the region. EU 3P compliance team specializes in driving compliance across these broad set of legislations and simplifying the Seller experience of complying with these legislations, using a combination of product development and seller engagement.
As a Senior Product Manager in the EU 3P compliance team - you will be responsible for driving product solutions that ensure Amazon’s compliance with Tax Authority reporting requirements in the EU.

Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and implementation roadmap for EU tax reporting legislations, translating complex regulatory requirements into product features
- Drive product rollout, dial-up, and testing across multiple regions, technical systems, and organizations
- Analyze data and Seller feedback to identify product gaps and drive targeted improvements, reducing seller contact rates and enhancing overall seller experience
- Design and implement efficient solutions for collecting and validating seller data across different cohorts while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Create compelling business cases and build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities required in the tax reporting space. - Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred.
- Basic SQL knowledge or data self-sufficiency for carrying out day to day jobs.
- Experience in driving large, cross-functional programs, strong program and project management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.- Prior experience working with technical products or online services
- Track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities, preferably in a multi-organizational setting.
