Overview

Coupang is hiring a Marketplace Sales Manager to drive seller acquisition and growth management. You'll work closely with existing sellers to enhance their sales performance using Coupang's solutions. This role requires over 5 years of B2B sales experience and proficiency in CRM tools.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in account management or key account management, particularly in B2B sales. Your strong communication skills enable you to build and maintain trust-based relationships with sellers, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You are adept at negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and have a proven track record of forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Your analytical skills allow you to assess core metrics such as sales and forecasts, providing insights that drive performance improvements. You are familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and you can manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail. Your negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills are exceptional, making you a strong advocate for your clients.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce and Genesys is a plus, as is a background in seller onboarding and management within the e-commerce sector. You possess the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and communicate fluently in business-level English.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management, ensuring that sellers receive the support they need to thrive on the Coupang platform. You will build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, focusing on trust and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and forming strategic partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders. You will provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and achieve performance targets, sharing progress updates clearly with both internal and external parties. Additionally, you will identify upselling opportunities and areas for improvement among existing sellers, leveraging your analytical skills to report on key performance indicators.
