You have a degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related analytical field of study. You possess general software engineering skills and understand programming fundamentals incredibly well — you can jump into others' code with ease and provide valuable insights. Your experience includes teaching or coaching developers, showcasing your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. You are comfortable working autonomously and thrive in environments with limited supervision.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our developer-users. You will explain technical concepts about Stripe’s products and assist developers in building and debugging integrations. Your responsibilities will include producing and improving guides that help users solve issues quickly and effectively.
