Squarespace is seeking a Business Development Specialist for their App Ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities and manage partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product partnerships and enhance customer experiences.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the tech or digital product space. You understand the importance of building relationships and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and engineering teams. You are skilled at identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable strategies that align with business goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to track metrics and assess the impact of partnerships on overall performance. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Partnerships portfolio and Product Solutions Architects to ensure strategic alignment in product partnerships. You will maintain direct relationships with app ecosystem partners, proactively resolving any business or technical issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include identifying strategic product partnerships and helping to bring these opportunities to life within Squarespace's offerings. You will communicate market opportunities and partner feedback to inform product roadmaps and prioritization. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to launch new product partnerships, track partner metrics, and analyze industry trends to assess the impact of these partnerships on business goals. You will also develop business proposals, structure projections and KPIs, and negotiate term sheets and contracts while managing the partnership pipeline effectively.
