What you'll do

As a Senior Manual Weld Technician, you will play a crucial role in the Stage Manufacturing team, responsible for building the primary structures of the Terran R vehicle. You will execute manual welding tasks with precision, ensuring that all welds are completed to specification and adhere to safety standards. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of the rockets we build. You will collaborate closely with engineers to understand the design requirements and provide feedback on manufacturability. Your expertise will help shape the manufacturing processes, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance production efficiency. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing your insights and experiences to help refine welding techniques and processes.
