Google is hiring a Mobile Engineer to develop next-generation Android applications. You'll work with Java and Kotlin to create scalable solutions for millions of users. This role requires 2+ years of experience in Android development.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience programming in Java and Kotlin. Your background includes 2 years of experience with Android application development, and you are familiar with data structures and algorithms, either academically or in a professional setting. You have experience with performance analysis, large-scale systems data analysis, and debugging, which allows you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively. You are also knowledgeable about developing accessible technologies and have a strong understanding of code and system health, diagnosis, and resolution. Your experience in software test engineering further enhances your ability to deliver high-quality applications.
A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, as well as experience in performance optimization and visualization tools. You are enthusiastic about taking on new problems across the full-stack and are eager to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
