Airtable is hiring a Data Engineer to design and manage critical data pipelines that enable decision-making across the organization. You'll work with technologies like Airflow, AWS, and BigQuery. This role requires experience in data engineering and a strong understanding of data solutions.
You have 3+ years of experience in data engineering, where you've designed and maintained data pipelines that support business intelligence and analytics. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring data quality and reliability. You understand the importance of collaboration, working closely with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. You are familiar with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and have experience with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery or Snowflake. You are detail-oriented and have a strong problem-solving mindset, enabling you to troubleshoot and optimize data processes efficiently.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker would be a plus, as would familiarity with machine learning concepts. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn new technologies and methodologies to enhance your skill set. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy sharing knowledge with your peers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
