Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in employee and performance management, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively. Your background includes at least 5 years in distribution or manufacturing, where you've gained equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience. You also bring 7+ years of facilities management or corporate administrative services experience, showcasing your versatility in managing diverse operational environments. A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience at Amazon is part of your qualifications, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning and growth.

You understand the importance of minimizing system downtime and managing risks, which is crucial for the success of Amazon's operations. Your innovative mindset allows you to find creative solutions to improve processes and drive efficiency. You are adaptable and willing to work flexibly, aligning with Amazon's culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience with advanced manufacturing technology and automation will set you apart.
