Gympass is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join their Client Sales team in Miami. You'll focus on outbound prospecting and developing foundational skills for a future Account Executive role. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow in B2B sales.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow into an Account Executive role. You thrive on outbound prospecting and uncovering new business opportunities, engaging with complex Enterprise prospects through various channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. You understand the importance of building relationships and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. Your ability to listen and adapt to the needs of potential clients will be key in your success.

Desirable

Experience in B2B sales or a related field is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with workplace wellness solutions or a background in health and fitness can enhance your ability to connect with prospects. You are eager to learn and develop your skills in a supportive environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and engage with potential Enterprise clients from a defined Book of Business. Your primary focus will be on strategic outbound prospecting, where you will utilize various methods to reach out to prospects and generate interest in our wellness platform. You will work closely with the Client Sales team to set up successful sales conversations and help shape the future of workplace wellness.

You will be responsible for tracking your outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records of your interactions with prospects. This will involve using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective. As you progress in your role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and gain insights into the sales process, preparing you for future advancement.
