You have experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced environment where you have handled inquiries and issues from diverse customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interact effectively with clients in multiple languages, including Polish. You understand the importance of providing professional and courteous service, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and marketing teams, to address customer feedback and complaints.
