Wizeline is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to design and deploy complex marketing journeys and automated workflows. You'll work primarily with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role requires proficiency in SSJS and Python for advanced data manipulation.
You have a strong background in marketing operations, with experience designing, coding, and deploying complex marketing journeys and automated workflows. Your expertise primarily lies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in using SFMC Journey Builder to create lead nurturing and lifecycle management processes. You are skilled in developing and debugging advanced personalization and conditional content logic using proprietary coding languages such as AMPscript and SSJS, which helps reduce manual template variants and increase content relevance. You possess a solid understanding of SQL, enabling you to design and maintain complex queries within the data warehouse to ensure accurate segmentation and robust data extensions for personalized campaigns. As a proactive problem solver, you serve as the second escalation point for technical issues related to campaign execution, data synchronization, and automation failures. You are committed to implementing and enforcing technical build standards for email templates, automation logic, and data handling to ensure compliance and deliverability.
Knowledge of Python for advanced data manipulation is a plus, as it complements your existing skill set. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification would further validate your expertise in this area.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying multi-step marketing journeys that enhance customer engagement and drive business transformation.
