Five9 is seeking a Professional Services Program Manager to lead complex deployment projects across their Contact Center and AI solutions. You'll manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires experience in project management and customer relationship management.
You have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ideally within the technology or customer service sectors. Your experience includes leading multi-customer deployment projects, where you have successfully navigated the challenges of scope, budget, and timelines. You are adept at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey project plans and updates clearly to both internal teams and external partners. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve project goals. You are proactive in identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies, always seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Experience with cloud contact center solutions or AI technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is also beneficial, as is a background in customer experience or service delivery.
