Your attention to detail is exceptional, allowing you to meticulously review product information against regulatory standards. You are comfortable using various tools and systems to classify products and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with managers and process experts to address any deviations from standard operating procedures. Your ability to maintain detailed records and prioritize tasks ensures that you meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
Experience with automation tools and Excel queries is a plus, as you seek ways to improve processes and reduce manual effort. As a Senior Compliance Associate, your primary responsibility will be to review the latest product information according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and cross-check it against relevant regulatory documentation. You will classify products to ensure they meet compliance requirements for availability on Amazon. Throughout your day, you will collaborate with your manager and process experts, addressing any deviations from SOPs and seeking guidance when necessary. You will maintain detailed records of your assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize your work effectively.
You will also identify opportunities for improvement within the compliance processes and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation solutions. Your feedback on the team's SOPs will contribute to the ongoing refinement of operational processes, ensuring that Amazon continues to meet legal and safety requirements across its global marketplaces.
