What you'll do

As a Senior Compliance Associate, your primary responsibility will be to review the latest product information according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and cross-check it against relevant regulatory documentation. You will classify products to ensure they meet compliance requirements for availability on Amazon. Throughout your day, you will collaborate with your manager and process experts, addressing any deviations from SOPs and seeking guidance when necessary. You will maintain detailed records of your assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize your work effectively.

You will also identify opportunities for improvement within the compliance processes and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation solutions. Your feedback on the team's SOPs will contribute to the ongoing refinement of operational processes, ensuring that Amazon continues to meet legal and safety requirements across its global marketplaces. You will participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, helping to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the team.
