Senior QA Engineer

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in leading quality initiatives across software development teams. Your expertise includes hands-on experience with automation frameworks and a solid understanding of industry best practices for quality assurance. You are skilled in writing scripts and developing assistance tools for data analysis, which enhances your ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. You possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, allowing you to take ownership of quality processes and drive improvements across multiple platforms and cloud providers.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered automation frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with various cloud environments and on-prem installations. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of defining automation practices and guidelines that elevate product quality.

What you'll do

As a Senior QA Engineer at JFrog, you will lead and design quality initiatives that span the entire organization. You will work closely with hundreds of developers and Quality Engineers to identify key issues and bottlenecks in the software delivery process. Your role will involve researching the effects of various quality practices and implementing solutions that enhance the overall quality of our products. You will also be responsible for designing integration and end-to-end test procedures that ensure our software meets the highest standards.

You will collaborate with development teams to provide quality-focused technical leadership, guiding them in best practices for testing and automation. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in improving our products and ensuring that they are reliable and secure. You will take ownership of quality metrics and reporting, using data to drive decisions and improvements in our processes.
