You are an entry-level technician with a keen interest in data center operations and cloud infrastructure. You possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and react quickly to issues is critical to your success in this role. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment. You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network systems, and you are eager to learn and grow in the field of data center operations.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with hardware diagnostics and repair. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation will set you apart.
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports AWS services.
