Reddit is seeking a Channel Partnerships Lead for the APAC region to grow and develop their Channel Partner Sales business. You'll work closely with global reseller partners to achieve advertising revenue goals. This role requires deep market knowledge in digital marketing and experience in partner sales.
You have extensive experience in the digital marketing industry, particularly within the APAC region, and understand the nuances of navigating this diverse market. Your background includes a proven track record in partner sales, where you've successfully coached and motivated sales teams to exceed revenue targets. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively pitch alongside partners and provide them with the necessary platform education and vertical-specific narratives. You are passionate about building relationships and fostering collaboration with channel partners to drive mutual success.
Experience in managing sales partnerships at a global scale is a plus, as is familiarity with the advertising landscape in various APAC markets. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess partner performance and implement strategies that enhance their success.
In this role, you will manage and co-sell with our Sales Partners across the APAC region, ensuring they meet and exceed their advertising revenue goals. You will provide platform education and develop vertical-specific narratives that resonate with local markets. Collaborating closely with scaled sales teams, you will enable local partners at scale, working hand in hand to launch and expand Reddit's presence in new international markets. Your responsibilities will include coaching partner sales teams, co-pitching in-market, and developing strategies that align with Reddit's overall business objectives. You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement in sales outcomes.
