Production Lead

Who you are

You have a high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old. You possess basic mathematics skills for line count and production updates, and you can read, write, and speak English fluently. Your leadership skills are demonstrated through your ability to provide guidance, coordinate work, and foster team cooperation. You are flexible with your schedule and willing to work the entire scheduled shift, including required overtime. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean and orderly work area and are committed to enforcing safety and hygiene standards.

What you'll do

As a Production Lead Associate at HelloFresh, you will coordinate activities and provide coaching to the production line team, ensuring maximum productivity and adherence to all safety, GMP, and SQF policies. You will work alongside the team, stepping in to perform production duties as needed. Your responsibilities will include tracking line count, updating production numbers in the computer system, and reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions. You will also train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coach the team on company policies. Your role is essential in guiding the team to meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
