As a Site Marketing Associate at Zappos, you will drive the site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders. You will coordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, ensuring that all assets are managed effectively and creative briefs are developed to guide the execution of campaigns. Your role will involve supporting the COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planning, which is essential for aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
You will partner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site content, ensuring that all updates are timely and relevant. Developing and managing creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaigns will be a key responsibility, allowing you to influence the direction of marketing efforts.
Building and QAing sitewide promotions using internal tools will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring accurate execution and maintaining quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer-facing platforms. You will generate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planning, contributing to continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
