You have 15 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, and enterprise customer experience — you've developed and led customer experience teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your background includes managing software businesses and delivering cloud solutions at a global level, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments and drive results.
Fluency in English and Korean is essential for this customer-facing role, allowing you to communicate effectively with local stakeholders. You possess strong client management skills and have a proven track record of building and fostering executive relationships, which is crucial for success in this position.
Your experience includes coaching and developing others, as well as building teams that excel in delivering cloud solutions. You understand software life-cycles and have hands-on experience architecting and developing software for distributed systems, including data platforms and AI/ML applications.
An advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field would be beneficial, as would experience in growing and managing a professional services organization with industry presence. Your ability to leverage operational excellence and lead workload and opportunity review meetings with sales teams will set you apart.
As the Cloud Consulting Regional Lead, you will provide business and technical leadership, guiding your team in designing solutions that meet client needs.
