Zuora is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to maximize the value of their solutions for customers. You'll collaborate with clients to align Zuora's offerings with their strategic goals, utilizing skills in SQL, AWS, Java, and Python. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have a strong background in solution architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the SaaS industry. Your expertise in SQL and cloud platforms like AWS allows you to design scalable solutions that meet diverse business needs. You are adept at understanding customer objectives and translating them into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Your technical skills in Java and Python enable you to provide insights and optimizations that enhance the customer experience with Zuora's platform. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. You are passionate about helping businesses thrive in the Subscription Economy and are committed to fostering long-term relationships with clients.
