We are looking for a talented business intelligence analyst to join our team and help us analyze, drive and scale our business.

What you’ll do

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll turn data into actionable insights and ensure stakeholders have the clarity they need. Your key responsibilities include:

• Partner with Business, Product & Engineering to define reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Build, maintain & automate dashboards and recurring reports for cross-team decision-making.

• Manage ad-hoc data requests with timely, accurate insights.

• Analyse complex datasets to spot trends, risks & opportunities, and present clear findings.

• Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistency across the organisation.

• Work with BI & Data Engineering to improve data accessibility and reporting processes.

• Foster a data-driven culture by enabling self-service analytics and supporting business users.

What you need to have

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented, business-savvy analyst who thrives on uncovering insights from data. Ideally, you bring:

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.

• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.

• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset, an ownership mentality, and strong organisational skills to handle multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Excel for deeper data analysis.

• Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.

• Experience working with big data environments or cloud platforms.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and their support for reporting.
