As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will engage with clients in the field, building relationships and driving sales through your efforts. Hibu offers a competitive base salary starting at $43,000, with the potential to earn uncapped commissions. In your first year, you can expect on-target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000, with the possibility of increasing to $100,000 to $120,000 in your second year.
