Spekit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the core product experience focused on content creation and AI-powered workflows. You'll collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive strategic decisions impacting thousands of users. This role requires strong leadership and product management skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI technologies and how they can enhance user experiences. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure product alignment with user needs and business goals. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver the most value to users. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, ready to pivot as market demands change.
Experience with AI-powered products or contextual guidance systems would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms and a passion for transforming traditional training and onboarding processes into dynamic learning experiences will set you apart. A background in user research and A/B testing is also beneficial, as it will help you make informed decisions based on user feedback and behavior.
