Google is seeking a Software Engineer for their AI/ML Infrastructure team in Pittsburgh. You'll develop and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and production-quality software using C++. This role requires 2 years of experience in software development.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in software development or 1 year with an advanced degree in an industry setting. You possess 2 years of experience developing and maintaining scalable Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure and have developed production-quality software in C++. Your background includes a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, and you have experience architecting and developing software for scalable distributed systems. You are versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack as technology continues to evolve.
A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields is preferred. Experience with information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile technologies will be advantageous.
