Crusoe is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the expansion of their Finance and Strategic Finance functions. You'll be responsible for attracting top-tier talent from Investment Banking and Private Equity. This role requires expertise in high-stakes recruiting and negotiation.
You have a proven track record of 5+ years in recruiting, specifically within finance and accounting sectors. Your experience includes sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates from top-tier investment banks and private equity firms. You excel in articulating the value proposition of transitioning from traditional finance roles to tech equity environments, making you a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You possess strong negotiation skills, particularly in complex compensation discussions, and are adept at explaining the long-term benefits of equity compensation to candidates accustomed to high cash bonuses. You thrive in high-stakes environments and understand the nuances of the finance industry, allowing you to navigate the complexities of talent acquisition effectively.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment strategy for Crusoe's Finance and Strategic Finance functions, acting as a key partner to hiring managers. You will conduct market mapping and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
