Experience in software development or programming is a plus, as is a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects. You are adept at developing operational dashboards and monitoring key program metrics to identify deviations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to design and execute targeted communication plans for various stakeholders, ensuring transparency into program pivots and progress.
