What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will create an inspiring team environment, set clear goals, and oversee day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, reporting on metrics, and driving overall engagement with the merchant base. You will also be responsible for resolving merchant queries and ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary training and resources to succeed.
