Job Description

Who you are

You are a proactive, results-driven program manager with the capability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end initiatives in a fast-moving environment. With a strong background in project management, you have successfully led multiple high-impact initiatives that cut across business operations and stakeholder management. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with senior leaders, engineering, and operations teams to define strategy and launch programs. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into data, driving process improvements and ensuring successful outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in quick commerce or e-commerce environments is a plus, as is familiarity with measurement frameworks and KPI reporting. You understand the importance of using data and metrics to identify issues and drive improvements, ensuring that program performance is consistently tracked and optimized.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs from inception through launch and scale. You will also own measurement frameworks and KPI reporting to track program performance. By using data and metrics, you will identify issues, drive improvements, and ensure that outcomes are achieved. Your role will involve driving change management by designing and influencing new processes, frameworks, or systems that enable adoption and ensure sustainability of results in complex operational environments.

Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will work closely with engineering/product, operations, finance, and business operations teams to align priorities and achieve the best results for customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

What we offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a significant impact on the success of our initiatives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
