What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent evaluation process from interview preparation through to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams across the company, particularly during post-transaction integration activities. Your strategic partnership will be crucial in aligning recruitment efforts with the business's long-term talent strategy. You will also contribute to organizational design discussions, helping to shape the future structure of teams within Roblox. Your insights will guide the recruitment process for both formal and informal acquisitions, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the recruitment process. You will also engage in continuous improvement of recruitment practices, leveraging data and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy.
