You have 5+ years of experience in benefits management, particularly in financial benefits, and possess a deep understanding of program management principles. You excel in data analysis, enabling you to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance employee experiences. Your strong vendor management skills allow you to influence partners to improve both product and service offerings. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Benefits Technology, and Legal, to implement new programs effectively. You are innovative and enjoy exploring AI-driven technologies to streamline processes and enhance the overall employee experience. You are committed to understanding the diverse needs of a global workforce and are passionate about creating solutions that address customer pain points.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the operational management of a portfolio of financial benefits, ensuring they meet the needs of employees worldwide. You will manage vendor relationships, working closely with partners to elevate the quality of both products and services. Your responsibilities will include tracking program performance metrics to ensure high performance and desired outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to analyze data and develop solutions that address employee needs. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of new programs, running RFPs in partnership with various internal stakeholders. You will explore and implement AI-driven technologies to enhance benefits processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Your role will also involve influencing strategic leaders with data insights to drive program improvements and innovations.
