You are well-versed in the Microsoft .NET and Java development stacks, and you have a strong grasp of secure programming practices and web application security. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to provide regular updates on project statuses and team performance. You are proactive in identifying areas for growth and improvement within the team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You are comfortable participating in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and collaborating with other software developers, product managers, and technical leads to plan and execute projects effectively.
