Job Description

Amazon provides international transportation solutions to Sellers leveraging Amazon's fulfillment program. As an Account Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and shaping the future of our Sellers business. Your responsibilities will include working on key accounts and future opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully identify and assist in onboard opportunities with a high degree of customer obsession. The successful candidate should also be a self-starter that has the ability to problem solve. The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment and with cross functional teams, globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
- Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
- Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
- Work closely with other team to contribute to business growth in assigned territory
- Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
- Maintain a robust pipeline and related territory target lists
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Ensure customer satisfaction- Over 5 years of sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment of logistics (preferred in import/export freight forwarding field)
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills in English with an innate attention to detail
- Spoken language from the region would be a plus
- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization- Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
