JFrog is seeking a Technical Success Manager to oversee customer adoption of their products and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive success plans and act as a trusted technical advisor. This role requires strong communication and customer engagement skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or technical account management, ideally within the software or DevOps space. Your experience includes engaging with enterprise customers and understanding their needs to drive product adoption and satisfaction. You excel at building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey with the product. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to ensuring customer success.
As a Technical Success Manager at JFrog, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that enterprise customers realize the full value of our products. You will partner with sales, product, solutions engineering, support, and training teams to build and execute success plans that align with customer business goals. Your role will involve engaging with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. You will maintain deep product knowledge to guide customers in architecture decisions and best practices, ultimately driving increased platform adoption.
