You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and address their needs. You are motivated by performance and growth opportunities, looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of delivering happiness to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers during their car-buying journey, ensuring they feel supported and valued. You will engage with customers both on-site and in the community, representing Carvana's commitment to exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Your role will involve rotating shifts, requiring you to be available to work 7 days a week, ensuring that our customers receive assistance whenever they need it. You will also have the opportunity to participate in performance-based programs that can enhance your earnings and career growth.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see increases in your pay at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $21/hr within your first year.
