You possess a valid driver’s license and have a car suitable for work travel, ensuring you can meet the demands of the role. As a Field Technician, you will maintain automation equipment across sweetgreen’s restaurants, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will be responsible for training new technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a skilled team. Your role will involve traveling to various locations, providing on-site support and troubleshooting as needed. You will work closely with the Automation Team to integrate meal assembly automation into new and existing restaurants, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations. You will also participate in onboarding sessions based in Boston, gaining insights into the technology and processes that drive sweetgreen’s success.
sweetgreen offers a full-time hourly role with an average of 50 guaranteed hours per week, including opportunities for overtime.
