You have a strong background in analytics engineering, with experience in building and maintaining data architectures that support business intelligence and decision-making. Desirable

What you'll do

As an Analytics Engineer at HubSpot, you will be a key member of the Data, Systems, & Intelligence team, responsible for designing and building a robust data foundation that supports various analytic and machine learning products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve creating flexible and reusable data architectures that can scale with the business's growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and quality, implementing best practices in data governance, and continuously optimizing data pipelines for efficiency.

You will engage with both technical and non-technical areas of the business, translating complex data concepts into understandable insights that drive strategic initiatives. Your work will directly impact how HubSpot leverages data to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. You will participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss analytics priorities and provide updates on ongoing projects.
