Instructure is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide prospective customers through the evaluation of their Learning Platform. You'll collaborate with account executives and leverage your education technology expertise to provide tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in education technology.
You are an experienced education technologist with a passion for helping others succeed. You have a strong background in guiding prospective customers through the evaluation process of educational platforms, particularly in the context of learning management systems. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to architect the best solutions for clients. You are comfortable with travel, as this role may require you to visit clients and partners. You understand the importance of building meaningful relationships and are dedicated to supporting the educational journey of others.
As a Solutions Engineer at Instructure, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by acting as the primary technical advisor and product advocate. You will work directly with account executives to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals. Your responsibilities will include managing the functional and technical evaluation stages of the sales process, ensuring that prospective customers have a comprehensive understanding of the Instructure Learning Platform. You will be responsible for demonstrating the capabilities of Canvas LMS, Canvas Studio, Canvas Catalog, Canvas Credentials, and Impact by Instructure. Your role will involve not only selling but also architecting solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You will need to effectively communicate the value of our products and how they can enhance learning experiences. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements.
