What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will act as the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, ensuring that clients receive timely and relevant insights from niche experts. You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and work diligently to connect them with the right resources. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the service provided to clients.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. This may involve coordinating with experts, conducting research, and synthesizing information to deliver high-quality insights. AlphaSights offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary that will increase to $80,000 after July 2026.
