Your Mission

Join us in expanding our trading expertise into European power markets. As a Power Trader, you'll be instrumental in building our power trading operations, leveraging the same quantitative excellence and technological infrastructure that has made us one of the world's leading crypto market makers.

What Will You Do?

• Develop, backtest, and execute innovative trading strategies across European power markets

• Manage trading activities within established risk parameters

• Collaborate closely with developers and quantitative researchers to optimize trading strategies

• Provide strategic insights into European power market dynamics

What Do We Expect From You?

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on trading experience in European energy markets

• Educational background in mathematics, physics, probability, statistics, or data science

• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret market data and performance metrics

• Common sense, excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Interview Process

• Introductory Call: there's no need to prepare anything apart from your questions regarding the company, team, culture, and any work-related inquiries.

• Online Math Test: Low-to-medium complexity problems focused on probability, logic, and mathematical skills.

• In-Person Interview: Engage in a set of betting games to evaluate your quantitative reasoning and decision-making skills.
