Associate Solutions Engineer

You are an entry-level professional eager to learn and grow in the field of solutions engineering. You have a collaborative mindset and are ready to work closely with Solutions Engineers and Sales teams to understand and deliver relevant manufacturing solutions. You are detail-oriented and capable of assisting with technical documentation, quoting, and data organization for complex customer programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide technical support and documentation for various customer programs, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs). You will assist in the internal development of cost-modeling and quoting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the quoting process. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and track quality documents throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication from award through delivery. You will engage in cross-functional learning and collaboration, gaining insights into different manufacturing processes and business units across North America.
