Overview

Nextiva is seeking an IT Solutions Technician II to provide desktop support and ensure a positive technology experience for end-users. This role involves working with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices in an office environment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and ensuring that end-users have the tools they need to perform their jobs effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with a team of dedicated IT professionals. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift quickly. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are always looking for ways to improve the user experience.

Desirable

Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, is a plus. Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting of network issues will help you excel in this role. You may also have experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools, which will aid in efficiently addressing user concerns.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing desktop support to Nextiva's end-users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with their technology.
