PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Python Engineer to enhance workflows and user flows for their document management platform. You'll work with Python to build automation tools and drive technical decisions. This role requires significant experience in backend engineering.
You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, particularly with Python, and have a strong understanding of building scalable systems. You are skilled in developing automation tools and have a track record of driving technical decisions that enhance product functionality. Your collaborative spirit allows you to thrive in team environments, and you enjoy mentoring others to foster their growth.
You are familiar with developing workflows and user flows, understanding the importance of user experience in document management systems. You have experience working in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and performance. You are passionate about creating efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of users.
Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies will help you integrate smoothly into our engineering team. As a Senior Python Engineer at PandaDoc, you will be responsible for developing and expanding workflows that enhance the user experience on our platform.
