You are a seasoned Technical Account Manager with a strong background in account management and technical resolution. You excel at exceeding customer expectations and have a proven track record of improving processes and technology to meet company growth objectives. Your ability to resolve complex problems while providing excellent technical and customer service makes you a trusted advisor for key clients. You thrive in building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Your deep knowledge of technology allows you to troubleshoot client issues effectively and optimize their solutions, ensuring their success with our products and services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive client success by becoming a trusted advisor for key clients, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring their success with NICE products and services. You will collaborate effectively across internal teams to provide clients with exceptional technical support and customer service. Your responsibilities will include helping customers overcome issues that arise, expanding their usage of our products, and ensuring they become long-term, loyal customers. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot client issues and optimize their solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business goals using our technology and services. You will also play a crucial role in fostering strategic relationships with clients, building strong partnerships that contribute to their success and satisfaction.
