You are a proactive individual with a passion for customer success and relationship management. You have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment, where you've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are committed to ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the products they use. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility. You are fluent in Spanish, which allows you to engage effectively with a diverse customer base.
As a Customer Success Associate at Datadog, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, focusing on building long-term strategic relationships. You will drive product adoption by identifying customer needs and ensuring they are met through effective use of Datadog's solutions. You will monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and proactively address any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including support, product, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
