What you'll do

As a Compliance Specialist at BitGo, you will be responsible for implementing and executing compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the compliance team to identify and assess compliance risks, ensuring that the business unit maintains a robust control environment. Your role will involve performing risk assessments and monitoring the risk management process to mitigate potential compliance issues. You will support the Periodic KYC program by analyzing client information and conducting due diligence reviews in accordance with BSA/AML and OFAC compliance requirements. Additionally, you will create and maintain metrics that support the overall compliance program, contributing to the organization's commitment to regulatory adherence.
