What you'll do

As the Chief of Staff, you will lead the Executive Office for the CO+I President, overseeing the rhythm of business and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your role will involve managing customer and partner engagements, enhancing employee experiences, and facilitating executive communications. You will be responsible for monitoring organizational health and leading culture initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
