Reflection is seeking a Partnerships Lead to build and scale external partnerships that advance their mission of developing open superintelligence. You'll be responsible for designing partnership frameworks and managing high-impact relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in partnership management.
You have a strong background in partnership management, with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic relationships. You are comfortable working both strategically and operationally, able to set long-term priorities while managing day-to-day tasks. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to support technical collaborations and co-selling initiatives. You are adept at identifying and cultivating relationships with organizations that align with mission-driven goals, particularly in technical and commercial partnerships. You understand the nuances of structuring partnership frameworks, MOUs, and joint initiatives that create mutual value. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about advancing innovative technologies.
In this role, you will develop and execute Reflection's partnerships strategy, focusing on both technical and commercial partnerships. You will identify and cultivate relationships with organizations that align with Reflection's mission and model development goals, including hyperscalers and technical partners. You will establish distribution relationships to serve regulated industries and the public sector, ensuring that partnerships are structured to create mutual value. You will collaborate with internal teams, including research, engineering, operations, and leadership, to support technical collaborations and co-selling go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will represent Reflection at external events, showcasing the company's mission and partnership initiatives.
